빅데이터를 활용한 코로나-19 이후 2030세대 골프 인식 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 코로나-19 영향으로 변화되고 있는 2030세대의 골프 인식, 현황, 이슈, 트렌드 등을 분석하여 2030세대의 니즈(Needs) 및 소비문화를 파악하고 골프 산업 및 관련 기업의 지속 성장을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 텍스톰(TextoM)을 이용하여 핵심 키워드는 ‘2030세대 + 골프’로 네이버(NAVER)와 다음(DAUM)에서 코로나-19 기간인 2020년 1월 1일부터 2021년 12월 31일까지 선정하여 총 2년간의 자료를 수집하였으며, 정제한 데이터를 바탕으로 텍스트 마이닝 분석과 의미연결망 분석을 하였다. 도출된 키워드를 바탕으로 네트워크 시각화 및 CONCOR 분석한 결과 신놀이문화, 산업 성장의 주인공, 타겟팅의 변화, 유통 확대, 팬들의 관심으로 총 5개의 그룹으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구의 결과가 코로나-19 종식 이후에도 2030세대의 유입이 끝나지 않도록, 골프 산업과 골프 관련 기업의 마케팅과 전략 방안 마련을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있기를 기대해 본다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the golf perception, status, issues, and trends of the 2030 generation, which had been changing due to the influence of COVID-19, to identify the needs and consumption culture of the 2030 generation, and to present basic data for the sustainable growth of the golf industry and related companies. To this end, the keyword using Textom was ‘2030Generation + Golf ’ which was selected from Naver and Daum from January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2021, and a total of two year of data were collected, and text mining analysis and semantic network analysis were conducted based on the refined data. As a result of network visualization and CONCOR analysis based on the derived keywords, a total of five groups were found in terms of new play culture, the main character of industrual groth, changes in targeting, distribution expansion, and fans interest. Therefore, we hoped that the results of this study could be used as basic data for marketing and strategic measures for the golf industry and golf-related companies so that the inflow of 2030 generations would not end even after the end of COVID-19.
