대학교 학생을 위한 서비스 모바일 로봇 디자인 제안

Abstract

글로벌 경제 성장으로 인해 삶의 품질이 향상되면서, 4차 산업혁명이 도래하고 있다. 이는 인공지능(AI)과 로봇 기술의 발전을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 하여 4차 산업혁명의 로봇 기술을 활용한 비대면 형태의 서비스 모바일 커피 로봇을 제안한다. AI 기술과 사회 로봇의 현황을 조사하고 대학생의 생활과 요구를 분석한 결과를 토대로, 커피 구매 시 발생할 수 있는 다양한 문제를 해결하는 로봇을 디자인하고 애플리케이션과 통합하여 최종 제안안을 도출하였다. 이를 통해 대학 캠퍼스에서 4차 산업혁명의 흐름을 따라서 혁신적이고 효율적인 모바일 커피 로봇을 도입함으로써 학생들에게 편의성을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

As global economic growth improves the quality of life, the Fourth Industrial Revolution is upon us. This is being accomplished through the development of artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics. This study proposes a non-face-to-face automatic service mobile coffee robot utilizing the robotic technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution for university students. Based on the results of investigating the current status of AI technology and social robots and analyzing the lives and needs of university students, we designed a robot that solves various problems that may occur when purchasing coffee and integrated it with an application to derive a final proposal. Through this, we expect that university campuses can follow the trend of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and provide convenience to students by introducing mobile coffee robot.
