dc.description.abstractAbout 60 % of dyeing companies located in Ansan, Gyeonggi-do have tenters, and 80 % of them have facilities for absorption to treat pollutants. However, the existing facilities by absorption do not satisfy the legal standard for odor control areas, which is set at 500 times the combined odor. Moreover, it is difficult to operate the workplace due to the influence of white smoke from high temperatures and oil generated from softeners used in the fabric and dyeing process. Accordingly, in this study, the pollutant reduction efficiency was analyzed by installing a complex washing and dust collection facility. The combined odor treatment efficiency increased by about 30 % from the previous 44.5 % to a level exceeding 70 %, and it was analyzed that it met the legal standard. As a result of analyzing the oil components generated at the workplace through the installation of the oil filter, the reduction efficiency of the gas oil component more than doubled from 40 % to 90 %, and the amount of oil contained in the cleaning water nearly increased by eight times. In addition, white smoke generated at the workplace is caused by high-temperature exhaust gas generated by the tenter, and the temperature at the rear end of the prevention facility is adjusted to around 50 ℃ and the humidity is adjusted to around 40 %, reducing the visually observed white smoke.en_US
