In the rapidly evolving mobile gaming industry, user satisfaction stands as a crucial metric for measuring success. This study, taking g ameplay duration as a moderating variable, delves into the intricate re lationship between mobile game operations, quality, and user satisfact ion, with a primary focus on insights extracted from online reviews. B y analyzing a vast dataset of user feedback and reviews, this researc h explores the aspects of game operations and quality that impact use r sentiment. Key survey findings reveal that responsive customer sup port, frequent updates, and seamless gameplay experiences have a si gnificant influence on user satisfaction. Additionally, the study unveils the importance of in- game content, player freedom, and audiovisual aesthetics in shaping u ser perceptions.
