아파트단지 내 1인가구 특성을 고려한 조경요소 중요도 및 만족도 분석연구

Abstract

Recently, the proportion of single-person households has been increasing worldwide. In Korea, single-person households have also become the main form of households, breaking away from typical 3-4 households due to various reasons such as an aging population and an increase in divorce rates. However, the landscaping field in the residential complex is still being created in a typical type of furniture. As landscaping has a great influence on the satisfaction of residents in the spatial planning of residential complexes and is directly related to their health, the need for research on the importance and satisfaction of landscaping factors in residential complexes for single-person households has increased. The purpose of this study is to identify landscaping factors that take into account the characteristics of single-person households in the residential complex through the analysis of the importance and satisfaction of landscaping factors in the residential complex, and to provide basic data that can be referenced from the design and planning stage when creating landscaping in small and medium-sized apartment complexes where single-person households are the main ones in the future. The method of this study was to derive design elements by setting evaluation indicators through a theoretical review and a review of previous studies, and then to conduct a survey on residents in residential complexes with a large number of single-person households. After that, by constructing the survey results as raw data, analysis of variance, multiple regression analysis, t-test, and correlation between the importance and satisfaction of landscape factors considering the characteristics of single-person households were conducted as follows. First, there are five types of characteristics that should be considered for the evaluation of the importance satisfaction of landscaping factors considering the characteristics of single-person households: factor characteristics, socio-cultural characteristics, landscape/natural environmental characteristics, and psychological characteristics. Second, the residents in the target area were mainly women in their 30s, without office workers or pets, and the residence period was often more than 10 years. Regardless of the season and day of the week, residents mainly used the walking space in the evening for relaxation and walking. In addition, those in their 70s and older showed the lowest purpose of use for interaction with neighbors, but those in their 70s and older showed interaction with neighbors as the main purpose of use, suggesting the need to create a space for interaction with neighbors in their 70s and older and a space for individuals in their 20s and 60s in consideration of the characteristics of each class. Third, among the descriptive statistical design elements, exercise space, walking space, rest space, and green space were selected as factors with high importance and satisfaction. On the other hand, both satisfaction and importance of the hydroponic space and the square space were low, suggesting the need to replace it with a landscape space mainly used by residents. Fourth, as a result of the IPA analysis, it was found that the emphasis should be placed on "shrubs and paper plants" and "stability" in the introduction of landscaping factors considering the characteristics of single-person households in the residential complex, suggesting the need to create planting patterns in the complex as sub-plants for flowers, flowers, and shrubs rather than the main sections. In addition, it was judged that it would be necessary to introduce landscaping factors that provide psychological stability considering the characteristics of single-person households in the landscape design and planning stage of small and medium-sized residential complexes. Fifth, as a result of satisfaction according to the characteristics and usage behavior of the user, there were differences in satisfaction according to age, occupation, distance to use, frequency of use, season of use, and day of use. In particular, those in their 70s and older showed high satisfaction with landscape planting and landscape/natural environmental characteristics, suggesting the need to create green and rest spaces in consideration of the characteristics of each target class. Sixth, as a result of the analysis of the relationship between satisfaction and usage behavior, it was confirmed that "factor characteristics," "socio-cultural characteristics," "tidal vegetation characteristics," "scape/natural environmental characteristics," and "psychological characteristics" did not affect overall satisfaction.|최근 전 세계적으로 1인가구의 비율이 증가하고 있다. 우리나라 또한 인구의 고령화, 이혼율 증가 등 다양한 이유로 인하여 전형적이었던 3-4인 가구에서 벗어나 1인가구가 가구의 주된 형태로 자리 잡았다. 그러나 주거단지 내 조경 분야는 아직 전형적인 가구 형태에 머무르며 조성되고 있 다. 주거단지 공간계획에서 조경은 입주민들의 만족도에 큰 영향을 미치며 그들의 건강 에도 직접적인 관계가 있는 만큼 1인가구의 특성을 고려한 주거단지 내 조경요소 중요 도 및 만족도 연구의 필요성이 높아졌다. 본 연구는 주거단지 내 1인가구 조경요소 중요도 및 만족도 분석을 통해 주거단지 내 1인가구의 특성을 고려한 조경요소를 파악하여 1인가구 거주에 대한 질적 향상을 목 적으로 추후 1인가구가 주가 되는 중소형 아파트 단지 내 조경 조성 시 설계, 계획단계 에서부터 참고할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 방법은 이론 고찰 및 선행연구 검토를 통해 평가지표를 설정하여 설계요 소를 도출한 후 1인가구가 많이 거주하는 주거단지 내 거주민 대상으로 설문조사를 진 행했다. 이후 설문 결과를 로우데이터로 구축하여 인구통계학적 특성과 이용행태 특성 의 만족도 차이를 분석하기 위한 분산분석, 다중회귀분석, t-검정과 1인가구 특성을 고 려한 조경요소 중요도 및 만족도의 상관관계는 신뢰도분석, 기술통계분석, IPA분석을 하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인가구 특성을 고려한 조경요소 중요도 만족도 평가를 위해 고려되어야 할 특성은 크게 ‘요소적 특성’, ‘사회문화적 특성’, ‘조경식재 특성’, ‘경관/자연환경적 특 성’, 심리적 특성‘ 5가지 유형으로 구분된다. 둘째, 대상지 내 거주민들은 주로 30대, 회사원, 반려동물이 없는 여성이며 거주기간 은 10년 이상인 경우가 많았다. 거주민들은 계절 및 요일과 관계없이 주로 저녁에 휴식 과 산책을 목적으로 산책공간을 이용했다. 또한 70대 이상을 제외한 나이대는 이웃들과 의 상호작용에 가장 낮은 이용목적을 보였으나 70대 이상은 이웃들과의 상호작용이 주 이용목적으로 나타나 계층별 특성을 고려하여 70대 이상은 이웃들과의 상호작용을 위한 공간을 20~60대는 개인을 위한 공간을 조성해야 할 필요성을 시사하였다. 셋째, 기술 통계학적 설계요소 중 중요도와 만족도가 높은 요소는 운동공간, 산책공 간, 휴식공간, 녹지공간을 뽑았다. 반면 수경공간 및 광장공간에 대한 만족도와 중요도 모두 낮게 나타나 거주민들이 주로 이용하는 조경공간으로 대체해야 할 필요성을 시사 하였다. 넷째, IPA 분석 결과 주거단지 내 1인가구 특성을 고려한 조경요소 도입에 있어 ‘관 목 및 지피식물’, ‘안정성’을 중점을 두어야 할 것으로 나타나 단지 내 식재패턴을 대목 보다 초화류, 화목류, 관목 등에 대한 하부식재로 조성할 필요성을 시사하였다. 또한 중 소형 주거단지 내 조경설계 및 계획단계에서 1인가구 특성을 고려한 심리적 안정성을 제공하는 조경요소 도입이 필요할 것으로 판단하였다. 다섯째, 이용자의 특성과 이용행태에 따른 만족도 결과 연령, 직업, 이용 거리, 이용 빈도, 이용 계절, 이용 요일에 따라 만족도에 차이가 나타났다. 특히 70대 이상의 경우 조경식재와 경관/자연환경적 특성에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타나 표적 계층별 특성을 고 려한 녹지 및 휴게공간 조성에 대한 필요성을 시사하였다. 여섯째, 만족도와 이용행태 영향 관계 분석 결과 ‘요소적 특성’, ‘사회문화적 특성’, ‘조경식재 특성’, ‘경관/자연환경적 특성’, ‘심리적 특성‘이 전반적인 만족도에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인하였다.
