교육용 ESG 경영 시뮬레이션 개발 및 교육 효과에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 이론 중심의 강의식 ESG 교육의 다변화를 위하여 시뮬레이션을 기반으로 하는 ESG 교육 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 연구이다. 보다 효과적인 ESG 교육 프로그램 개발을 위하여 기존에 진행됐던 국내의 ESG 교육 프로그램을 분석하여 교육내용과 교육목적을 분류하고 ESG 교육의 특성을 도출하였다. 또한, 체험과 경험을 기반으로 하는 새로운 교육 방법으로서의 시뮬레이션이 ESG 교육의 특성에 적합한 것인지를 확인하기 위하여 문헌연구를 진행하였고, 문헌연구를 통해 도출한 시사점에 대한 기업의 견해를 확인하기 위하여 인사, 교육, ESG 담당자들을 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 설문 조사의 결과가 문헌연구의 내용과 동일하여 시뮬레이션에 기반한 ESG 교육 프로그램을 개발하였고, 개발된 ESG 교육 프로그램에 대한 효과성을 측정하였다. 교육 효과의 측정은 교육생 대상의 사전-사후 평가, 커크패트릭의 4단계 교육 훈련 평가, NPS 점수를 활용하였다. 교육 효과의 측정결과 개발된 시뮬레이션을 활용한 ESG 교육 프로그램의 효과성이 입증되었다.|This study is a study to develop a simulation-based ESG education program for the diversification of theory-oriented lecture-type ESG education. To measure the educational effect, pre-post evaluation of trainees, Kirkpatrick's 4-step training evaluation, and NPS scores were used. As a result of measuring the educational effect, the effectiveness of the ESG education program using the developed simulation was demonstrated.
