온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 활용에 관한 질적 사례연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 사용자의 활용 경험을 탐색하여 사용 동기 및 장단점을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 통해 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 사용자의 니즈를 파악하여, 향후 비전공자의 여가 활동을 위한 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠의 개선 방향을 제시하고자 하며, 더 나아가 시대적 흐름에 변화하는 무용 교육에 필요한 온라인 무용 콘텐츠와 관련한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 위해 질적 사례연구를 활용하여 실제 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 경험이 6개월 이상인 비전공자 6인을 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 자료 수집 단계에서 사용된 질문지의 구성은, 공은수(2022)의 ‘온라인 디자인 플랫폼의 사용자 경험 인식조사 및 서비스 개선에 관한 연구’의 질문지를 재구성하여 사용하였으며, 비구조화된 면담과 반구조화된 면담을 혼용하여 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 이후 분석 단계에서 녹음, 전사 작업, 범주화, 지속적인 검토와 판단의 과정을 거친 귀납적 내용 분석 방법을 통해 도출된 자료를 분석 및 범주화하였으며, 이에 따라 밝혀진 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 사용자들은 무용에 대한 관심, 새로운 취미활동, 상황적 여유, 인터넷의 검색과 광고를 통한 정보 접근의 동기로 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠를 경험하고 있었다. 둘째, 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠는 쉬운 접근과 편안한 경험의 가능, 체계적이고 구체적인 강의 콘텐츠의 제공, 개별화 시스템의 구축, 심리적인 변화 경험, 신체적인 변화 경험과 같은 장점을 지녔다. 그러나 피드백 부재에 따른 동작 수행에 대한 확신 저하, 의지 부족으로 인한 성실한 수강의 어려움, 원활한 동작 수행을 위한 영상 콘텐츠의 편의 기능 부재, 협소한 공간으로 인한 동작 수행의 불편함, 앱의 오류, 강의 시간의 문제와 같은 단점을 확인할 수 있었다. 셋째, 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 사용자의 사용 동기와 장단점 분석을 토대로, 향후 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠의 개선 방향은 다음과 같다. 다양한 무용 교육 콘텐츠의 구성, 무용 교육 콘텐츠 제작 측면 연구의 필요성, 결제의 다양성과 편의성 확보, 다양한 음악 사용의 필요성, 다양한 홍보 활동을 통한 무용 교육 콘텐츠의 노출이 필요하다. 따라서 이러한 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠 이용자의 경험에 대한 사례 분석 결과는, 향후 비전공자의 여가 활동을 위한 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠의 개선 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료가 될 것이라 사료된다. 더 나아가 비전공자의 여가 활동, 여가 무용을 위한 온라인 플랫폼 무용 교육 콘텐츠의 확장을 통해 무용 교육 활성화에 기여할 것으로 기대한다. | The purpose of this study is to analyze the motivation for use and pros and cons of online platform dance education content users. Through this, it aims to identify the needs of online platform dance education content users, set the direction of improvement of online platform dance education content for non-majors' leisure activities in the future, and further provide basic data related to online dance content necessary for dance education. For this study, in-depth interviews were conducted with six non-majors with more than six months of actual online platform dance education content experience using qualitative case studies. The composition of the questionnaire used in the data collection stage was reconstructed and used by Gong Eun-soo (2022)'s "Study on User Experience Awareness Survey and Service Improvement of Online Design Platforms," and in-depth interviews were conducted using a mixture of unstructured and semi-structured interviews. Afterwards, data derived through inductive content analysis methods that went through recording, transcription work, categorization, continuous review and judgment were analyzed and categorized in the analysis stage, and the results of the study revealed are as follows. First, users of online platform dance education content were experiencing online platform dance education content due to interest in dance, new hobbies, situational leisure, and access to information through Internet search and advertisement. Second, online platform dance education content has advantages such as easy access and comfortable experience, systematic and specific lecture content, establishment of individualized systems, psychological change experience, and physical change experience. However, shortcomings such as lack of confidence in motion performance due to lack of feedback, lack of willingness to take sincere classes, lack of convenience in video content for smooth motion performance, inconvenience in motion performance due to small spaces, app errors, and lecture time problems were identified. Third, based on the motivation for use of online platform dance education content users and the analysis of pros and cons, the direction of improvement of online platform dance education content in the future is as follows. The composition of various dance education contents, the necessity of research on the production of dance education contents, the diversity and convenience of payment, the necessity of using various music, and the exposure of dance education contents through various promotional activities are necessary. Therefore, the results of a case analysis of the experiences of users of online platform dance education content are believed to be basic data for setting the direction of improvement of online platform dance education content for non-majors' leisure activities in the future. Furthermore, it is expected to contribute to the revitalization of dance education through the expansion of online platform dance education contents for leisure activities and leisure dance of non-majors.
