IPA 기법을 활용한 승마지도자의 지도역량에 대한 중요도와 수행도 분석

Abstract

본 연구는 승마지도자의 지도역량에 대한 중요도-수행도 분석(IPA)을 통하여 승마지도자에게 필요한 지도역량을 알아보고, 개선이 이루어져야 할 영역에 대한 역량 강화 방안을 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 전문스포츠지도사 자격증을 소지하고 있는 승마지도자 111명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석을 위해 회수된 설문지 중 104부의 최종 유효 표본으로 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, Cronbach’s α 분석, 대응표본 t검정, IPA 매트릭스 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통해 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지도역량에 대한 중요도와 수행도 간 차이를 분석한 결과 모든 하위요인 및 세부항목에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지도역량에 대한 중요도와 수행도의 우선순위를 분석한 결과 중요도는 ‘말과 선수의 차이를 아는 것’, ‘성실한 것’, ‘선수들을 존중하는 것’이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 수행도는 ‘선수들을 존중하는 것’이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면, ‘소속 팀과 정기적인 모임 갖는 것’의 경우 중요도와 수행도가 모두 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지도역량에 대한 IPA 매트릭스 분석 결과 Ⅰ사분면에 ‘인성’, ‘지도기술’, Ⅱ사분면에 ‘동기부여’, ‘실기지식능력’, Ⅲ사분면에 ‘선수 관리’, Ⅳ사분면에 ‘개별교육’이 위치하였다.;The purpose of this study was to investigate the instructional competencies required for equestrian instructors through the IPA, and to find a way to strengthen the equestrian instructors’ instructional competencies in the areas where should be improved. In order to achieve this purpose, a survey was conducted on 111 equestrian instructors who have certificate of professional sports instructor. And for data analysis, 104 copies of the final valid sample questionnaire were analyzed by frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s alpha test, paired t-test, and IPA matrix analysis using SPSS 22.0 program. The resul ts of this study were as fol l ows. First, it was found that there was a significant difference in all sub-factors and detailed questions of instructional competency. Second, in the priority of importance for instructional competency, ‘knowing the differences between each horses and riders’, ‘sincerity’, and ‘respecting riders’ were found to be highest, and in the performance, ‘respecting riders’ was found to be highest. In contrast, ‘having regular meetings with team members’ was found to be lowest in both importance and performance. Third, as a result of analyzing IPA matrix, there were personality and instructional skill in quadrant Ⅰ, motivation and practical knowledge ability in quadrant Ⅱ, rider management in quadrant Ⅲ, and individual education in quadrant Ⅳ.
