긴급 후송시 좁은 승강기 사용이 가능한 접이식 노인, 장애인용 응급구급 침대개발에 관한 연구

Abstract

과거의 건축물과 달리 현대 도시의 건축물은 고층건축물이 대부분이며, 주거공간 또한 아파트가 많은비중을 차지하고 있어, 승강기의 이용은 과거와 달리매우 중요한 요소이다. 따라서 변화된 건축형태 및 동선이동방법에 따른 변화가 필요한 상황이다.

환자의 증세에 따라 환자를 후송하는 동안 긴급조치를 할 경우, 이는 무조건 빠르게만 환자를 후송하는것 보다 환자의 긴급상황을 최소화 할 수 있다. 따라서 환자의 각 증세에 따른 긴급조치의 필요성과 방법을 익혀 긴급후송 시 적용할 필요가 있다.

긴급 상황시 긴급후송장치의 인간친화적인 형태와색채는 곧 환자의 안전한 후송을 위한 것이다. 이러한품질 향상은 기능성을 고려한 디자인으로 지금까지와는 달리 고려해야할 중요한 부분이다. 요컨대 도시의고층 건축물 등에서의 긴급후송장치의 사용성을 고려하고, 환자 이송시 발생할 수 있는 긴급 상황들에 대처할 수 있는 제품 개발이 절실하다.

본 연구는 응급상황에서 안전하고 신속하게 환자를후송하기 위해 좁은 승강기에서도 사용이 가능한 접이식 응급구급 침대를 개발하는 것으로 문헌연구를 통해응급의료체계의 정의와 응급의료체계의 구성 및 특징을 살펴보고 현 응급구급침대의 사용성에 있어서의 문제점을 분석하고 해결점을 도출 하여 좁은 승강기에도사용가능한 접이식기능이 부가된 응급구급침대의 디자인 안을 제안하였다.;Unlike the buildings of the past, the building of a modern city, high-rise buildings in most cases. According to high-rise buildings of the city, the development of proper products is necessary in case of emergency situations. In this study, in order to transfer the patient safely and quickly in the event of an emergency, development of folding bed emergency first aid that can be used in the small elevator are suggested. For this purpose, the characteristics, configuration and definition of emergency medical system are examined through books for reference. In addition, usability of folding emergency bed are analyzed and solutions are suggested. According to those result, design of folding emergency bed is suggested.
