dc.description.abstract | One new flavone glycoside, nomaminoside (3), containing a threono-1,4-lactone moiety, together with three known compounds, isoorientin 2-O-rhamnoside (1), coatline B (2), and myrcetin (4), were isolated from the n-butanol fraction of Cassia nomame methanolic extract. The chemical structure of the new compound was elucidated by spectroscopic analysis including HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR techniques. | - |
