dc.description.abstractThis study intends to develop as part of sustainable design system that can effectively assess the durability performance of apartment house and its LCCO₂ emissions in the pre-design stage. This study propose an sustainable technologies for reduction of CO₂ emission from apartment house. To accomplish this, the life cycle of an apartment house was separated into 4 phase, and a CO₂ emissions assessment method was established. In this study, It computed the CO₂ emissions of an apartment house with a high durability design, the CO₂ emissions of an apartment house that acquires a long service life through maintenance, and the CO₂ emissions of a high insulated apartment house.-
