대한민국 육군 전자기스펙트럼 작전

Abstract

This thesis establishes the concept of electromagnetic spectrum operations (EMSO) of the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA), proposes the electromagnetic spectrum (EMS) superiority strategy and strategic goals of the ROKA, and presents ultimately a plan to establish the organizational EMSO system of the ROKA for the execution of the aforementioned superiority strategy. First, the concept of EMSO for the ROKA is established by examining the concept of EMSO through the U.S. Joint EMSO doctrine and the article of the Korean EMSO for future warfare. Then, a plan to strengthen the electronic warfare capabilities of the ROKA is presented and a plan to establish an EMSO platform is proposed by comparing the Electronic Warfare (EW) capability of ROKA to those of People’s Republic of China (PRC) and Russia. Based on these, the concept of EMSO for the ROKA is established. Finally, EMS superiority strategy and a plan to establish the organizational EMSO system of the ROKA are presented.|이 논문에서는 대한민국 육군의 전자기스펙트럼 작전 개념을 정립하고, 육군의 전자기스펙트럼 우세전략 및 우세전략 목표를 제안하며, 우세전략 실현을 위한 대한민국 육군의 전자기스펙트럼 작전 체계 구축방안을 제시한다. 먼저, 미국의 합동 전자기스펙트럼 작전 교리와 미래전을 위한 한국형 전자기스펙트럼 작전 논문을 통해 전자기스펙트럼 작전에 대해 고찰하고 대한민국 육군의 전자기스펙트럼 작전 개념 정립의 기초로 삼는다. 이후 중국 및 러시아의 지상군 전자전 능력과 대한민국 육군의 전자전 능력 비교를 통해 대한민국 육군의 전자전 능력 강화방안과 나아가 전자기스펙트럼 작전 플랫폼 구축방안을 제시한다. 이를 바탕으로 대한민국 육군의 전자기스펙트럼 작전 개념을 정립하며 대한민국 육군의 전자기스펙트럼 우세전략과 대한민국 육군 전자기스펙트럼 작전 조직 체계 구축 방안을 제안한다.
