방화문 하자사례 분석을 통한 시공 후 하자 구분과 해결방안 연구

Abstract

공동주택의 많은 보급률에 따라 화재 시 대규모 인명 및 재산 피해가 발생할 가능성이 높아지고 있다. 이에 국토교통부에서는 건축 분야의 안전 관련 규정을 강화하고 있다. 그중 화재 관련하여 건축자재의 화재안전 성능을 강화하기 위해 건축자재 품질 인정제도를 시행하여 방화문, 방화 구조에 대한 중요성을 강조하였다. 그러나 방화 자재와 방화문의 성능과 법규에 대한 문제는 꾸준히 제기되어 소송으로 이어지고 있다. 방화문 소송의 주요 쟁점은 방화문 성능이 최초 시공 당시 제품의 성능미흡인지 사용에 따른 성능 저하인지의 여부이다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 많은 선행연구에서 방화문의 성능 개선과 관련 법규와 방화문 검증제도의 문제점을 도출하였지만, 방화문 하자의 원인 파악과 구체적인 해결방안을 도출하지 못하였다. 이에 본 연구에서는 케이스 스터디를 통해 방화문 하자를 분석하였습니다. 방화문 소송의 가장 큰 쟁점인 최초 시공 당시의 성능 미흡인지, 사용에 따른 성능 저하인지의 여부를 파악하였다. 더하여 각 하자의 원인을 파악하고 미국, 영국, 캐나다, 일본 등의 해외 방화문 법규와 비교하고, 해결방안을 도출하였습니다. 방화문의 경년변화에 대한 세부적인 연구를 통해 현재의 법규와 제도의 개선 필요성을 제시하였다. |The high penetration rate of apartment houses increases the possibility of massive casualties and property damage in the event of a fire. Accordingly, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport is strengthening safety-related regulations in the construction sector. In order to strengthen the fire safety performance of building materials related to fire, the quality recognition system of building materials was implemented to emphasize the importance of fire doors and fire protection structures. However, the performance and regulations of fire-fighting materials and fire doors have been steadily raised, leading to lawsuits. The main issue of the fire door lawsuit is whether the performance of the fire door is insufficient at the time of initial construction or the performance degradation due to use. In order to solve the above problem, many previous studies have derived problems with fire door performance improvement and related laws and fire door verification systems, but they have not identified the cause of fire door defects and specific solutions. Therefore, I analyzed the fire door defects through a case study. We identified whether the biggest issue in the fire door litigation was insufficient performance at the time of initial construction or decreased performance due to use. In addition, the cause of each defect was identified and solutions were derived. Through a detailed study on the aging of fire doors, the need for improvement of current laws and systems was presented.
