- 블록체인이 가진 탈중앙성, 투명성, 신뢰성과 Chainlink VRF를 이용한 난수 발생 기술을 이용하여 모두가 생성되는 무작위 번호에 대해 신뢰를 할 수 있다. 이는 추첨 결과에 대한 의구심을 해결할 수 있으므로 그에 대한 논란이나 민원성 업무에 대하여 효율적으로 대응할 수 있게 된다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 공공사업에서 사용할 수 있는 추첨시스템을 직접 설계 및 구현해보고자 한다.
