대학 팀 스포츠 운동선수의 긍정심리자본이 운동몰입과 운동성과에 미치는 영향

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between positive psychological capital of college team sports players on athletic immersion and athletic performance. Method: For this purpose, 235 team athletes from six universities in the Seoul metropolitan area were used as final research materials using a significant number of significant markers as a population. The collected data used SPSS 21.0 to analyze frequency to identify the general characteristics of the study subjects, and to analyze the reliability of the Cronbach’s coefficient, correlate between variables, and multi-recursive analysis to determine the validity and reliability of the questionnaire. Results: The results of this study are follows. First, the positive psychological capital of college athletes was found to be partially significant for athletic commitment. Second, positive psychological capital of college athletes was found to be partially significant to athletic performance. Third, it was found that the athletic recruitment of college athletes was significant for athletic performance. Conclusion: It is considered that this study has significance as it has shown that positive psychological capital at the level of positive organizational behavior can be used as a positive mechanism for actual sports performance and performance creation of university team sports athletes.
