Newtro 시대_삶을 담고 대지에 존속되는 대한민국 건축의 모습이 만들어낸 분위기에 관하여

Abstract

In a world where everything changes rapidly, there are generations who feel new about things that have existed since the past. Unlike the sophistication and perfection of digital, the urban landscape of low-rise residential areas, which looks crude and incomplete, stimulates analog sensibility and even feels as an aesthetic object. The past is compared to the new, and the ordinary architecture around us in this era of Newtro is also becoming a new object. Places that are considered places that have recently emerged from the younger generation have remained in our memories and survived as buildings due to traces of cities left for a long time from the past to the present. I think this is why buildings, far from aesthetic answers, are again becoming the main speaker of new discoveries. To vividly recall a point in the past means to be placed in the space of that moment and experience it. Humans bring hints from the traces of time they have experienced when sensing the atmosphere of a space. The traces of time appear in many forms to us. The traces of time are closely related to our experiences. In order to include the concept of visual perception, it is to use everyday materials to feel the abundance that new materials do not have as a respect for human intuitive memories. From this point of view, this study attempts to partially extract and analyze the architectural elements of typical buildings that have passed.Extracted members such as cornice, glass block, and railing.Broken stones, damaged stones, H-beams of decorative materials, steel sheets, and stairs of row houses replace the 1. floor, 2. column, 3. wall by undergoing structuring steps to see the opportunity to look closely once again and another possibility of absence through scale expansion. A method of substituting the role of the reinforced concrete structure is taken. The purpose is to explore and rediscover old or forgotten architectural and decorative elements using traces extracted from buildings subject to new discoveries.| 모든게 빠르게 변하는 세상에 과거부터 존재하던 것들에 대해 새로운 시선,새롭다고 느끼는 세대가 있다.

디지털이 주는 세련됨과 완벽함과는 다르게 투박하고 불완전해 보이는 저층주거지의 도시풍경은 아날로그적 감성을 자극하며 미적인 대상으로 느껴지기 까지 한다.

과거의 것이 새것에 견주어지며 뉴트로가 유행하는 시대의 우리 주변의 흔했던 건축도 새로운 대상이 되고 있다.

최근 젊은 세대에게 부상하는 장소로 여겨지는 곳들은 과거부터 지금까지 오랜 시간 동안 남겨진 도시의 흔적으로 인해 우리의 기억속에 남아 건축물로서 존속되어 왔다. 미적인 담론과 거리가 있던 일상에 전형적인 건물들이 새로운 발견의 대상으로 회자가 되고 있는 이유가 여기에 있다고 생각한다.

과거의 한 시점을 생생하게 상기한다는 것은 곧 그 순간의 공간에 놓여 그곳을 경험한다는 것이다. 인간은 한 공간의 분위기를 감지할 때 경험했던 세월의 흔적으로부터 그 힌트를 가져온다. 세월이 느껴지는 흔적들은 우리에게 여러가지 형태로 나타난다.

세월의 흔적은 우리의 경험과 밀접한 관계를 맺는다. 시지각적 인지의 개념을 포함하기 위해 인간의 직관적인 기억에 대한 존중으로 일상적 재료를 사용하여 새로운 재료가 가지지 못하는 풍요로움을 느끼게 함에 있다.

이런 관점에서, 본 연구에서는 지나쳐온 전형적인 건물의 건축요소를 부분적으로 추출하여 분석해보고자 한다. 추출된 부재인 코니스,유리블럭,난간.깨진 돌,닳은 돌,장식재의 H빔,강판,연립주택의 계단등은 Scale의 확대를 통해 다시 한번 면밀히 바라볼 기회와 부재의 또다른 가능성을 보기 위해 구조화 하는 단계를 거침으로서 1.기둥2.벽3.바닥을 대체한다. 철근콘크리트 구조물이 가지는 역할이 치환되는 방법을 취한다.

새로운 발견의 대상이 된 건물에서 추출한 흔적들을 이용해 오래된 또는 잊혀져가는 건축적 요소,장식적인 요소들을 탐구하고 재발견 하는데에 목적이 있다.
