It demonstrates boht similarities and differences in the frequency of the subject deletion, the types of deleted subject, and the relationship between a deleted subject and a discourse topic across genres. Those similarities and differences resulted from teh reader/writer interaction, shared knowledge, and reader/writer responsibility for communication.en_US
