서해 중부 조간대 퇴적물과 바지락 체내의 유기염소계 화합물 분포

Abstract

The organochlorine compounds distribution in sediment, clams, seawater were studied during May-July,2000. A total of 29 sediment samples, 20 clam samples were analyzed. The 2HCHs concentrations ranged ND-13.65ng/g dry wt in sediment, 1.10-5.12ng/g dry wt. in calms. 0 -HCH was the most abundant HCH isomers in sediments and clams. The SDDTs concentrations ranged 1.26-7.79ng/g dry wt. in clams. o,p'-DDE,p,p'-DDE accounted for 41,25% of total DDTs. The level of contamination of HCH, DDT and PCB in intertidal sediments and clams in the mid-western coast of Korea were comparable to those in relatively unpolluted areas of the World.
