- 본 논문에서는 함정을 건조하면서 발생할 수 있는 위험 요인을 식별하고 이에 대한 대응책을 제시하였다. 위험 요인은 건설사업 및 신제품 개발, 국방 무기체계 분야의 선행연구와 50년간 시대별 함정건조 역사를 검토ㆍ분석하여 식별하였다. 식별된 위험 요인에 대한 우선순위를 정하고 이에 대한 대응 방안을 제시하였다.
