우리나라 종합병원의 리모델링에 관한 연구

Abstract

1970년 이후에 건립된 우리나라 종합병원들은 다양한 양적 변화와 질적 변화를 겼어왔다. 특히 1977년 의료보험의 시행으로 의료수요가 급증함에 따라 기존 종합병원의 증축과 개축이 빈번히 발생하였으며 이에 따라 병원의 병상당 면적도 크게 변화하였다. 본연구는 1970, 1980년에 건립된 병원을 중심으로 리모델링의 과정을 조사하고 그 문제점을 파악하여 향후 병원건축의 리모델링에 필요한 자료를 제시하였다.

In the 20th century, the general hospital in Korea had been changed both sides which were quantitative sides as the expansion of the hospital area and the medical demands and qualitative side as the development of medical equipment and network system. Since 1970 ' s, hospitals have been hesitating to remodel old buildings or to establish new buildings . Almost all hospitals could not help choosing remodeling because of financial problem and in sufficient area . Nevertheless, hospital architecture could not satisfy the demanding of medical circumstance and public which were changed quickly , so this study would suggest appropriate data for long range plan and remodeling of hospital.
