우리나라 종합병원의 증 · 개축 유형과 면적변화에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 건립된지 20 -30년이 지난 국내종합병원의 증개축과정을 검토하여, 증개축과정에서 나타난 문제점을 밖히고, 앞으로 이들 병원의 리모델링시 필요한 전략을 제시는데 그 목적이 있다. 이들 병원의 특징은 주로 별동 건립을 통하여 증축하여 왔고 증축후 본관의 기능들이 별관으로 이전 되면서 개축이 발생하였다. 이 과정에서 본관 면적이 한계에 도달으면서 중앙진료부와 공급부의 면적이 매우 부족하게 되었다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 앞으로 설비집약적인 공간의 리모델링 단계에서 우선적으로 증축되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the remodeling type, change of area composition, and space consitution of hospital in the terms of their architectural expansion. This study consists of case study on 3 general hospitals focused on their change of net area, from type, and expansion method of area according to the remodeling of hospitals. Consequently, this study would apply to design guideline for the remodeling of general hospitals.
