노인 종합복지관 의료재활부문 공간구성에 관한 연구 -서울시 사례를 중심으로-

Abstract

Because of the rapid increase of the number of elderly people, there are many problem in modem society. Especially the support of elderly people is becoming the hot issue, which results from a nuclear family and social activity of woman. The Policy of community care of the elderly people in western is caused by a heavy cost and isolation from the society of a facility care policy. Since 1980, Concept of 'home care for elderly people' has been appeared in korea. The Facility causing by these movement is 'Multipurpose senior center'. The purpose of this study is to present the alternative data to improve the quality of medical and rehabilitation part in multipurpose senior center . Data collecting skills such as drawing documents analysis, interviews, observation were used to examine the condition of medical and rehabilitation. And, case study method was used to generate the alternative medel which can be used for the spatial composition and the area calculation
