- 본 연구는 어머니와 영유아교사간의 의사소통의 빈도 및 수준, 어머니의 양육효능감에서 취업모와 비취업모간의 차이가 있는지 파악하고, 어머니와 영유아교사간의 의사소통 빈도 및 수준이 어머니의 양육효능감에 미치는 관계의 차이와 영향력의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다.
