이중격자보시스템(DBS) 적용에 따른 원가절감효과 분석

Abstract

최근 도심지 내 지하층이 있는 건축물 시공현장이 많아짐과 동시에 제한된 작업환경과 대지활용의 극대화를 위해 보다 폭넓고 다양한 공법의 적용과 관리활동이 요구되고 있는 추세이다. 그 흐름에 맞춰 최근 도심지 내 지하층 철골공사에 DBS(Double Beam System)공법이 많이 적용되고 있으며, 그 수 또한 증가하고 있다. 하지만 실제현장에서 적용되었을 때, 기존 공법 대비 DBS공법이 가지는 원가절감효과에 대한 연구는 활발하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존 도심지 지하층 철골공사에 많이 적용된 SPS(Strut as Permanent System)공법과 대비하여 DBS공법이 가지는 원가절감효과에 대해서 비교, 분석하고자 한다. 기존 많은 연구에서 투입되는 자재에 대한 물량을 기반으로 공법별 원가비교를 진행하였다면, 본 연구에서는 시공성에 따른 투입원가까지 포함된 원가비교를 진행하였다. 사례분석을 위한 대상현장을 지정하여 실적자료를 기반으로 DBS공법이 적용된 철골공사의 생산성을 분석하여 DBS공법의 원가산정을 하였다. 또한 SPS공법 적용 철골공사의 원가와 비교, 분석하였고 최종적으로는 DBS공법의 원가절감효과를 분석하였다. 향후 실적자료를 바탕으로 한 DBS공법의 시공 관리적 측면에서의 연구가 요구되며, 이를 통해 DBS공법의 원가절감효과는 커질 것으로 보인다. 또한, 현장 적용 시 현장의 여건과 시공관리 측면에서의 검토가 충분히 고려된다면 도심지 지하층 철골공사에 있어서 DBS공법은 좋은 선택지가 될 것으로 판단된다.; In recent years, the number of construction sites with underground floors has increased in urban areas. To effectively utilize the limited working environment and site, efficient systems have been developed. The Double Beam System (DBS) was developed to effectively used for underground steel structures in urban areas, and the number of sites applied the DBS is also increasing. However, when applied in the actual field, research for the cost reduction effect of the DBS was not studied much. In this study, cost effectiveness of DBS is investigated. In addition, cost to construct DBS is compared to that for Strut as Permanent System (SPS) that has been also used for underground steel frame construction. For a give target site, the cost of DBS was calculated by analyzing the productivity of the steel frame construction with DBS. By comparing with that for SPS, the cost effectiveness of DBS was estimated.
