모기업 주도적 협력업체 정보화 사업 성과에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근 대기업이 독자적으로 지원하는 모기업 주도적 협력업체 정보화 사업이 본격적으로 추진되고 있다. 모기업이 자체적으로 협력업체에 정보화 수준 평가를 위한 정보화 등급 체계를 설계하고 이를 기반으로 먼저 협력업체가 조기 ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) 시스템 운영을 최고 수준으로 향상시켜 상생 협력 네트워크의 경쟁력을 강화 하고자 하자는 목표로 협력업체 정보화 사업을 추진하고 있는 것이다. 모기업은 전체 공급 체인을 통제할만한 규모와 권한을 가지고 있으므로 이와 같은 공급체인통합과 활동이 기업성과 측면에서 효과를 볼 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 삼성전자가 주도적으로 추진해온 협력업체 정보화 사업이 초기 1년을 경과하고 있는 상황에서 사업 성과에 영향을 주는 주요 성공요인을 실증적으로 분석하고 이를 통해 장기적인 정책 수립과 지원 방향을 모색하기 위해 추진되었다. 연구 결과는 상생경영 기반 구축을 위한 정책 수립과 지속 가능한 성과 유지를 위한 과제를 제시하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.또한,이와 같은 삼성전자 사례는 국내 대기업이 추진하고 있는 협력업체 정보화 사업의 성공적 수행에도 활용될 것으로 예상된다.; Recently mother company-driven informatization projects have been widely launched for the suppliers. Setting up a proprietary evaluation system for the level of informatization of the suppliers, a mother company provides both financial and consulting supports for the suppliers in order to enhance the utilization level of the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. With the utilization level enhanced, the whole collaboration network will create a competitive advantage to win over global competition. This paper investigates critical success factors for ERP operational performances through a Samsung Electronics case study. The result of the case study may provide valuable feedback to the strategic decision making and fundamental insights for these collaboration efforts.
