사이버침해 위협에 관한 연구

Abstract

우리나라는 인터넷 인프라, 전자정부 구축 등 가시적인 성과를 거양해 2005년기준 초고속 인터넷가입율 세계1위, 인터넷사용자수 세계3위 등 IT 강국으로서의 위상을 세계에 과시하고 있으며 정보화 사회의 성숙기인 유비쿼터스 사회로의 진입이 가시화 되고 있다. 하지만 정보통신기술의 비약적인 발전과 함께 이를 악용한 웜, 바이러스, 해킹, 스팸 등 정보화 역기능 또한 갈수록 심각해져 사회문제는 물론 공공기관까지 위협하고 있다. 특히, 온라인상 다량의 개인정보 불법 유출.유통, 홈페이지 변조, 금전적 이득을 노린 해킹, 은행 홈페이지모방 피싱사건 등 정보보안 사고가 끊이지 않고 발생하고 있어 사회전반의 큰 관심분야로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 각종 사이버상의 침해 위협에 적극 대처하기 위하여 국가사이버안전센터를 중심으로한 공공분야 및 민간분야의 대응기구 설립과 관렵법령 제정 등 다방면으로 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 이러한 정보화 역기능에 효과적으로 대응하여 안전하고 신뢰할수 있는 유비쿼터스 사회로 나아가기 위해서는 보다 많은 관심이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공공분야와 민간분야에 대한 사이버침해 정도와 사이버 침해 대응체계, 사이버 침해 대응기술 및 연구분야에 대해 분석하고 이를 바탕으로한 사이버침해 위협 대응방안을 제시코자 한다.; Currently, the ubiquitous society arrives as the mature stage of the information society. However, along with significant development of IT technology, harmful functions of the information-oriented society such as worm, virus, hacking, spam, etc. are getting serious to threaten the entire society as well as public institutions. In order to advance to the ubiquitous society that is safe and credible, however, more interests and cares are needed by responding effectively to the adverse effects of the information-oriented society. Thereby, the study purposes to analyze the degree of cyber attacks, and a system, technology and studies against cyber attack and suggest associated actions against such attacks and threats.
