학습조직 활동 매체로서의 정보기술

Abstract

학습조직을 통한 활동은 조직원들이 기업이 가진 문제를 스스로 찾아내고 학습하여 경쟁력을 창출시키고 똑똑한 기업으로 거듭날 수 있도록 구성원들의 개발을 도모하여 조직내부의 지식을 자산화 할 수 있는 조직혁신방법이다. 이런 학습조직 활동을 유연하게 진행할 수 있도록 활용하는 매체로서의 정보기술에 대해 연구가 필요한 것이 현실이다. 본 연구는 실제 기업에서 실행한 실천적 학습조직활동을 3가지 기업의 학습조직의 사례를 통하여 학습조직활동의 매체로서의 학습조직활동이 이루어지는 현장에서의 정보기술의 활용을 살펴보고 분석한다. 본 연구를 통해 준비학습, 토론의 활성화, 학습지식의 축적 및 공유, 의견교류와 같은 학습조직활동에서의 세부활동 중 학습주제의 특성, 조직원의 업무환경 및 업무특성, 최고경영자의 학습조직의 관심과 의지에 따른 기업정책, 활용정보기술의 특성, 학습조직활동에서의 지식/정보의 특성에 따라 정보기술의 활용의 유/무와 정보기술의 종류가 다르게 나타나는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 동시에 정보기술을 활용하는 방법에 대해서도 관찰하여 분석하였다.; Organizational Learning Activities are the one of the management innovations which helps employees to study by themselves about the problems that the company has had, and promotes internal knowledge of organization and the development of abilities of workers. It needs to study Information Technology as a medium of organizational learning activities to be activated in these days. Therefore, I have observed and analyzed the utilization of information technology as a medium of organizational learning activities though the three actual organizations cases. The Organizational activities in detail are divided in four activities such as Pre-study activity, Discussion activation activity, Organizational knowledge storing and sharing activity, and Communication activity. In the activities to compare the cases, I have found out differences such as the feature of study theme, working environment and features of workers, strategy of company by CEO, the feature of information technology, and the feature of knowledge and information that they handle during the organizational learning activities. Because of the differences, the differences of the existence and nonexistence are happened to use information technology in the activities. Moreover, there are also some difference reasons to choose the kind of information technology.
