정책 환경의 변화에 따른 EC 추진기구의 진화방향에 관한 연구

Abstract

1997년부터 현재까지 10년간 실시한 ECRC 사업은 아직까지 뚜렷한 성과를 나타내지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 ECRC 사업을 대상으로 산업기술정책과의 연관성 및 ECRC 사업의 단계별 특성에 대하여 분석을 하였다. 이에 따라 ECRC 사업의 발전단계를 대상으로 e-비즈니스 기술/시장 발전 방향, 비즈니스 모델 양상, 기술정책 수단, 지역혁신 정책의 양상, Analytic Framework of Adaptation 등을 중심으로 사례 연구를 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주안점은 ECRC 사업의 발전 단계에 관한 연구이므로 수집된 인터뷰 자료와 기타의 2차 자료들을 활용하여 산업기술정책과의 연관성, 정보의 복잡성과 자원의 희소성에 따른 측면에서 ECRC 사업을 분석하였다. 이와 같은 연구를 통해서 ECRC 사업은 산업기술정책과 매우 연관성을 가지고 있으며, 각 단계별로 고유한 특성을 가지고 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 마지막 장에서 연구 결과를 정리하고 연구 결과의 시사점과 제한 점을 정리하고 있다.; ECRC business that execute during 10 years from 1997 to present is not displaying clear result up to now. In this study, analyzed about special quality by step of relation and ECRC business with industrial technology policy to ECRC business. Accordingly, executed case study laying stress on e - business technology/market development direction, business model aspect, technology policy means, aspect of area reform policy, Analytic Framework of Adaptation etc. to development stage of ECRC business. Essential point of this study utilizes collected interview data and other secondary data because is study of development step of ECRC business and analyzed ECRC business in side by scarcity of relation, complexity of information and resource with industrial technology policy. I could know that ECRC business very relation, and each special quality that is peculiar step by step very with industrial technology policy through such study. Is arranging study finding in last chapter and arrange registration point of study finding and limiting point.
