SI 프로젝트 구성원들의 의사소통과 납기준수로 본 프로젝트의 성공간의 관계에 대한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 SI 프로젝트에서 정확한 의사소통의 수준이 프로젝트 납기준수의 성공에 중요한 요인으로 작용 하는 것을 인식하는데 그 주된 목표가 있다. 본 논문의 분석 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, SI 프로젝트 구성원들 중 컨소시엄사와의 의사소통 수준은 SI 프로젝트 납기준수여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, SI 프로젝트를 진행함에 있어서 구성원의 의사소통에 대한 중요성 인식은 SI 프로젝트 납기준수여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고객과 팀원 간의 의사소통의 수준은 SI 프로젝트 납기준수여부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인이 적은 것으로 나타났다.; The main purpose of study is that the successful observance of the project deadline depended on correct communication Level in SI project. There were three of the analysis of Study that has been studied. First, It was showed that consortium's communication level in SI project members brought good effect to the successful observance of the project deadline. Second, It was showed that communication's importance in SI project members brought good effect to the successful observance of the project deadline. Third, It was showed that customer's communication level in SI project members brought small effect to the successful observance of the project deadline. Therefore, as a result of this study, I think that all of three are important facts to observe the project deadline. Considering the facts of three, Maybe I think that PM in big SI company will give observance of the project deadline good effect.
