공급사슬에서의 장기구매계약의 할인정책

Abstract

본 논문에서는 단일 공급자와 단일 구매자로 구성된 공급사슬에서의 장기구매계약 상황 하에서 공급자가 구매자에게 제안하는 할인정책과 이를 고려한 구매자 주도 장기구매계약 모형을 제안한다. 구매자는 공급자보다 경제적으로 우위에 있으며, 계약의 양 참여자는 서로에 대한 정보를 모르는 불완전 정보 상황을 가정한다. 공급자는 자신이 선호하는 계약조건으로 구매자를 유도하기 위해서 할인정책을 제안하며, 구매자는 공급자의 할인정책을 고려하여 가장 큰 이익을 창출할 수 있는 계약조건을 결정한다. 본 논문에서는 수치예제를 통하여 공급자의 할인정책과 이를 고려한 구매자 주도 장기구매계약 모형에 관한 효율성을 검증한다.; The purpose of this paper is to suggest a supplier’s discount-policy and buyer model with discount-policy over a long-term replenishment contract in a supply chain system organized by a supplier and a buyer. We assume that the buyer has a superior economic power over a supplier and each agent in a supply chain is unaware of each other. The supplier proposes discount-policy to induce the buyer to choose the terms of contract for the benefit of the supplier. Then buyer decides the terms of contract to maximize her profit considering supplier’s discount-policy. We also present a numerical example to illustrate the efficiency of discount-policy.
