dc.description.abstractOxazolidinone계 항생제는 새로운 구조와 작용기전을 갖는 물질로서 protein synthesis의 가장 초기단계에 억제작용을 하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 이 계열 항생제는 Gram-positive methicilin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomysin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VRE)등의 균주에 우수한 항균 활성을 지닌다. 본 연구에서 합성한 스피로[2,4]헵탄 유도체를 가지는 Oxazolidinone 화합물을 linezolid를 비교물질로 하여 약효검사를 실행하였다. 이 때 약효검사는 agar dilution 방법으로 MIC값을 측정하였다. 화합물 KSY01, KSY03이 MRSA, VRE균주에 대하여 linezolid와 비슷한 활성을 보였다.; Oxazolidinones are a novel class of totally synthetic antibacterial agents which have a unique mechanism of action that involves the inhibition of bacterial protein synthesis at a very early stage, prior to chain initiation. Oxazolidinones, exhibit activity against a large number of Gram-positive organisms including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA), vancomycin-resistant enterococcus (VRE). The synthesized oxazolidinone derivatives having spiro[2,4]heptane moiety were tested for antibacterial activity to linezolid against Gram-positive and Anti-VRE (vancomycin- resistant enterococcus) by measuring inhibitory concentration using agar dilution method. Compounds KSY01, KSY03 exhibited similar antibacterial activity to linezolid against both anti-MRSA and anti-VRE.-
