Abstract
국내외 경영환경이 악화되고 정유 및 석유화학 업계의 경쟁이 심화되면서 1980년대 초 국내 정유업계의 공정제어 분야에 생산효율 증대를 위한 선진제어 기법인 고급공정제어(APC, Advanced Process Control) 기술이 소개되었으며, 1980년대 중반 이후 국내 신규공장 설립이 폭발적으로 증가하면서 외국 E엔지니어링회사(ABB, M.W. Kellogg, UOP (미)등)를 통해 본격적으로 고급공정제어(APC)기술이 도입되어 적용되기 시작했다. 또한 현재 모든 해외 플랜트 건설 시 이러한 고급공정제어(APC) 기술이 적용되지 않는 플랜트가 없다 해도 과언이 아니다. 그러나 이러한 선진제어기법인 고급공정제어(APC)의 도입으로 단순 작업에 대한 부담은 줄었지만 공정 편차로 인한 비정상 운전 상태는 계속 발생하고 있다. 이러한 부담을 줄이기 위한 기법 중의 하나가 경보관리시스템(Alarm Management System)이다. 본 논문에서는 정유 혹은 석유화학 플랜트에서 가격 및 경쟁우위 확보를 위한 공정제어기술인 고급공정제어(APC, Advanced Process Control)와 관련된 기술과 안전과 환경적 또는 경제적 위험과 손실을 줄이기 위한 경보관리시스템(Process Alarm Management System)기술에 대해 연구하고, 이러한 고급운전자동화(Advanced Automation) 기술의 적용방법론에 대해 고찰해본다.; When the domestic and foreign management environment is deteriorated and the competition of oil refining and the petrochemistry industry is deepened, from 1980's the Advanced Process Control(APC) was introduced for efficient augmentation of production in process control field of oil refining industry from 1980's. From latter half of 1980's, domestic new factory increasing through the foreign engineering company (ABB, Kellogg and UOP, etc) led and the Advanced Process Control (APC) technique was introduced in earnest and it was applied. But that time Advanced Process Control was not efficient due to insufficient knowledge and no sympathy of operator in practical application. But Advanced Process Control (APC) technique as competitive core technique of productive field wewe reinforced again with technical development and competitive deepening of petrochemical industry field. It disposes in the marketing aspect which changes continuously and in order to secure a price and a quality coat competitive high position process control technique efficiently in necessity. Recently APC techniques are going almost all oil refining, it will widely be applied from the chemical plant as becoming general techniques. The study which is applying in oil refining and the petrochemistry plant introduced the Advanced Process Control technique, and introduced the access method which is safe and easier in a place where it applies in actual plant. Also this study which it sees with APC in stable operation and quality of the plant researched the method to reducee the damage of equipment life, environment condition matterunder unusual operation condition and the Alarm Management System. The items to evaluate for procurement of Advanced Automation system was investigated. From this results became the efficient augmentation of production and high price and the advantage in competition of the plant industry, and it was able to forecast that they reduced loss from environmental or economic risk.
