환경업체근로자들의 산업재해예방을 위한 안전의식 및 작업환경 실태조사

Abstract

본 논문의 목적은 환경업체 근로자들의 산업재해를 줄이기 위해 현장 작업근로자들의 안전의식 및 작업환경에 대한 조사를 실시하고 분석하여 환경업체의 산업재해 감소에 기여할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하는 것이다. 또한, 심층면접을 통하여 재해자의 사고원인 및 개선방안을 찾고자 하였다. 현장근로자의 산업재해에 대한 안전의식과 산업재해 경험을 분석하기 위해 설문지를 사용하였다. 또한, 심층 면접지를 재해자를 중심으로 조사하여 안전사고의 원인과 작업환경을 알아보았다. 그리고 설문조사, 심층면접, 기존사고의 관련성을 요약·비교·분석하여 문제점을 도출하고, 도출된 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 설문조사 순위표 및 설문조사와 기존사고의 관련성을 통하여 가장 심각한 문제점을 도출할 수 있었다. 문제점은 작업장의 소음·분진·악취, 근무지 설비에 대한 안전장치의 정도, 근골격계 질환 정도, 안전교육에 대한 만족정도, 아침체조실시 여부였다. 무엇보다도 기존 연구들의 환경업체에 대한 안전실태조사가 미비하기 때문에 본 연구는 중요하다. 또한, 본 연구의 특징은 작업환경에 대한 설문조사, 안전의식에 대한 설문조사, 심층면접에 의한 설문조사의 다면적 접근방법을 통하여 연구결과의 신뢰성을 높였다. 그리고 설문결과에 따른 문제점의 위험도 순위를 만들고, 기존사고와의 연관성을 고려하여 가장 심각한 문제점을 도출하여 그 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.; The purpose of this study was to conduct a survey on environmental workers' safety awareness and work environment to prevent their industrial accidents and to analyze the results to provide basic information that can contribute to reducing industrial accidents for environmental businesses. Also, interviews were performed to examine results of disasters and seek improvement measures. A survey form was used to analyze safety awareness and industrial accidents experience of field workers. Also, those who have experienced industrial disasters were interviewed to analyze the cause of accidents as well as their work environment. Then, surveys, interviews and relativity to previous accidents were summarized, compared and analyzed to derive problems and seek possible improvement measures. The survey and its relativity to previous accidents contributed to finding the most serious problems. The problems were the noise, dust and odors of work sites, safeness of safety equipments, seriousness of muscle skeletal disorders, satisfaction with safety training, and importance of morning exercises. This study was significant because previous studies did not consider safety of environmental businesses. The characteristics of this study were that the survey was conducted on various aspects, such as work environment and safety awareness, and that multilateral interviews were performed to enhance reliability. Then problems were arranged based on the degree of safety and were related to previous accidents to derive the most critical problems and their possible improvement measures.
