유비쿼터스 환경이 정보시스템 활용도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근 IT 분야뿐만 아니라 거의 모든 분야에서 최고의 관심을 받고 있는 유비쿼터스의 개념은 1988년 마크와이저(Mark Weiser)가 제시한 "쉬운 컴퓨터"에서 시작이 되었다. 향상된 무선통신, 컴퓨팅 처리 능력의 향상, 네트워크의 발전 등의 기술적인 발전은 유비쿼터스의 개념을 현실화 하고 있다. 이렇게 유비쿼터스 환경이 구축되어있는 시점에서 기업 경쟁력 강화와 효율성 증대 등을 목적으로 구축된 정보시스템은 실제 사용에 있어서 많은 문제 예상만큼의 결과를 얻지 못하고 있다. 기본적인 정보시스템의 구성인 입력, 프로세스, 출력의 3가지 단계에서 프로세스 단계만 발전했고 입력과 출력 과정에서의 발전은 미약했기 때문이다. 이러한 이유 때문에 정보시스템은 균형적인 발전을 이루지 못했고, 그에 따른 만족할 만한 성과를 얻지 못했던 것이다. 하지만 유비쿼터스의 발전 방향을 보면 유비쿼터스는 분명 입력과 출력 과정에 비중을 두고 발전하는 기술임을 알 수 있다. 이를 통한 정보시스템의 보완을 통해 기존의 단점을 극복할 수 있을 것이라 본다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 유비쿼터스 환경의 구축을 통한 새로운 환경이 정보시스템 사용에 어떻게 작용 할 것인지를 고찰하고, 이에 대한 실증적인 모델을 제안하였다. 제안된 모델에 의해 검증된 결과로 유비쿼터스 환경이 사용자에게?긍정적인 영향을 미쳐서 정보시스템의 사용을 증가시킬 것이라는 것을 알 수 있었다.; What I tried to show in this study is that ubiquitous environment how it can influence the information system. This research has being studied that a possibility can information about how the information system which is built up ubiquitous environment compared to traditional environment in the model of the using frequency. The survey used information from a frontier of ubiquitous environment involving it. The people were questioned for that study. PLS-graph program used the result of survey data. The survey data which was suggested own model showed that the ubiquitous environment is able to have positive effect on user. Finally, the positive effect can increase information system by using the information system. However, it said the hypothesis was rejected by the process where possible to have several parts. The reason would be thought that the characteristic of involving ubiquitous. Therefore, I think that the security must measure as an important value in the future experiment. we may reasonably conclude that the construction under the ubiquitous environment more crease to use traditional information system will be promoted efficiency.
