미국의 MiC교과서와 우리나라 수학교과서의 비교 연구

Abstract

우리나라 수학 교과서의 통계단원은 다른 단원에 비해 통계학습이 실생활과 밀접한 관련이 있음에도 불구하고 그 전개방식에 있어 다른 단원과의 차이를 보이고 있지 않다. 이에 본 연구는 실생활 맥락에서 수학 개념을 소개하는 미국의 MiC 교과서와 우리나라 중학교 수학교과서의 통계 단원의 내용을 단원의 구성, 단원의 목표, 도입 방법, 학습내용 측면에서 비교 분석하였다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 통계 교수 학습 방법에 대한 기초 자료를 제공하고 우리나라 교과서가 나아가야 할 방향을 제시하고자 한다.; Despite of the authentic connection with the real lives, the chapter of statistics of korean mathematics textbooks do not show sufficient real life situations. This study is to investigate MiC textbooks which introduce the statistics concept in different way so as to provide meaningful informations in teaching and learning statistical concept. It illustrates the differences between MiC textbooks and korean textbooks in layouts, objects, introductions, contents, real life situations, and problem solving situations.
