- 본 연구에서는 자가유화약물전달체 시스템(Self-microemulsion drug delivery system, SMEDDS)를 알긴산 나트륨에 봉입시켜 마이크로캡슐화 함으로써 고형제제화의 가능성을 타진하려한다. 또한 현재 시판되는 Imipenem/Cilastatin을 제조하여 정제한후에 마이크로캡슐화의 가능성을 타진하였다
