대형 시스템 폼의 공동주택 현장 적용 시 발생하는 장애의 요인 및 개선방향

Abstract

거푸집 관련 공사는 건축공사에서 차지하는 비중이 큰 중요한 공사로서 어느 거푸집을 선택하는가에 따라서 공사의 시공 품질과 원가 절감, 공기 단축이 가능해지만 국내 건설현장에서 재래식 폼을 사용함으로 공기 단축과 품질 향상에 한계를 보이고 있다. 이에 대형 시스템 폼(System Form) 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있지만 국내 건설 현장에서의 적용이 쉽지 않은 편이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 대형 시스템 폼(System Form)의 국내 건설 현장에서의 생산성 향상을 위한 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.; Form work is very important while taking high percentage of building construction : Though the appropriate selection of form has made possible the realization of quality of work, cost reduction, shortening duration, there has been found a limitation to the shortening duration and improvement of quality as the conventional forms have been used in domestic construction sites. Accordingly, the necessity for the system form has risen. But it is a problem that the application of it is not easy in domestic construction sites. Concerning this matter, this study aims at suggesting the devices for productivity improvement of the system form in domestic construction sites.
