편평조직표본법에 의한 홍채의 혈관망

Abstract

목적 사람 홍채의 혈관망을 관찰하기 위하여 편평조직표본법에 의해 본 연구를 시행하였다. 대상과 방법 사람의 안구 18 안에서 분리된 7 안의 섬모체-홍채는 색소과립을 분리하기 위해 트립신처리를 하였다. 홍채조직을 편평조직표본법에 의해 유리 슬라이드에 펴서 놓은 뒤 형광현미경으로 홍채혈관망을 관찰하였다. 나머지 11 안에서 분리된 섬모체-홍채는 트립신처리를 하지 않고 hematoxylin-eosin 염색을 하여 관찰하였다. 결과 긴뒷섬모체동맥이 홍채뿌리로 들어가기 전 몇 개의 가지를 내고 이러한 가지가 홍채뿌리 근처 및 섬모체돌기 주변에서 다양한 직경의 홍채큰동맥고리를 만들었다. 동공가장자리에서 홍채혈관망은 원추형을 이루며 인접 혈관망과 연속되어 연속활(arcade)을 형성하였다. 홍채잔고리(collarette)주변에서 홍채혈관망은, 동공가장자리에 있는 홍채혈관망의 연속활과 수직방향으로, 다양한 직경의 홍채작은동맥고리를 형성하였다. 동공가장자리부근에서 모세혈관은 다소 굵고 불규칙한 주행의 홍채정맥과 연속되었다. 결론 이상의 소견은 사람의 홍채혈관망을 있는 그대로의 상태로 보여주며 홍채형광촬영시에 보이는 홍채혈관의 부채꼴채움(sectorial filling)에 대한 이론적 근거를 제공한다.; Purpose This study was performed to observe vascular network of human iris by flat preparation. Methods The ciliary body and iris which were dissected from 7 eyeballs were processed with trypsin to remove pigment granules. The tissue was mounted on the slide by flat preparation method and examined by fluorescein microscopy to visualize the vascular network of the iris. The ciliary body and iris obtained from 11 eyeballs which were not treated by trypsin was stained by hematoxylin-eosin. Results The vascular network of iris vessel around iris root and ciliary process formed major arterial circle of iris with varying degree of diameter. The vascular network of pupillary margin was cone-shaped and connected to adjacent vascular network to form arcade. Around collarette, the vascular network formed minor arterial circle of iris with various diameter, which was perpendicular to vascular arcade of pupillary margin. Capillaries around pupillary margin continued to iris veins with relatively large diameter and irregular course. Conclusions These findings revealed the vascular network of human iris under natural condition and may suggest the theoretical basis for sectorial filling of iris vessel on iris fluorescein angiography.
