Abstract
Brake-by-wire 시스템의 경우 기존의 유압식 제동장치의 부스터를 없애고 몇 가지 추가장치로 구성된 Electro-Hydraulic Brake (EHB)와 유압대신 전기모터에 의해 제동력을 얻는 Electro- Mechanical Brake (EMB)가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이중 EMB의 제어와 관련한 연구를 보여준다. EMB의 핵심 부품인 Blushless DC (BLDC) 모터의 토크 리플을 줄이기 위해서 기존의 2상 여자 제어 방식 대신에 Vector 제어에 의한 BLDC 모터 제어를 수행하였다. Vector 제어를 포함한 EMB 제어 알고리즘을 검증하기 위하여 EMB테스트 벤치를 구성하였고, Rapid Control Prototyping(RCP) 장비인 Micro-autobox에 cascade 제어 알고리즘을 구현하여 EMB 시스템 제어에 대한 실제 실험을 수행하였다.; This paper describes the implementation of the vector control schemes for an Electro-Mechanical Brake(EMB) with RCP device. X-by-wire implementations can lower manufacturing costs by reducing packaging problems and assembly costs. It also can provide a advantage to reduce weight of vehicle. One of these technologies is brake-by-wire system that can replace conventional hydraulic brake system. An Electro-Mechanical Brake(EMB) system that is one of brake-by-wire is controlled by Vector Control Algorithm to reduce torque ripple and to improve accuracy. Specially, electronic module adoption of the next vehicle is spreading. Control skill of BLDC (Brushless DC) is very important. Because vehicle modules need continuous rotation BLDC motor’s adoption is suitable for providing high reliability. Papers of EMB have studied in focusing software. The studies deal with EMB controller’s communication way than EMB total control algorithm. It is using micro controller about EMB controller. But this study is using RCP (MicroAutobox) linked with physical system. RCP is adopted vector control algorism which is designed by Matlab/Simulink. Control method and inverter design is different from legacy study. This is aim to decrease torque ripple. This paper presents experimental results that applied Vector Control Algorithm to an EMB system.
