Especially it is important in the plant construction industry to control whole things including construction management. Financing, purchasing, management and something else, but it is short-handed. So it is necessary how train for the professional manpower of the plant construction industry for continuation of a bull market. Therefore it is necessary to manage tailor-made curricula that engineers receive education in the center and reeducate for waiting period after the end of project. And it is also necessary to establish and manage pool data base of the plant technical manpower classified according to the province and create cycle relations of the education of manpower, management of professional employees and the supply for industrial world to promote flexibleness of industrial job market.
