강-콘크리트 합성바닥판의 거동에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문에서는 기존의 강-콘크리트 합성 바닥판의 문제점을 보완하여 새로 고안된 강-콘크리트 합성 바닥판의 성능평가가 이뤄진다. 강-콘크리트 합성 바닥판은 강판이 거푸집으로 사용되기 때문에 콘크리트 타설시 타설하중 및 양생기간 중 콘크리트 자중에 의한 강판 처짐이 발생된다. 강판 처짐은 구조물을 불안정하게 할 뿐만 아니라, 콘크리트 타설시 구조물의 전도를 발생시킬 수 있다. 이를 보완하기 위하여 상·하부 주철근을 그립으로 고정시키고 리벳으로 강판을 접합하여 처짐을 줄이는 기계적 연결 구조가 고안되었다. 새로 고안된 강-콘크리트 합성 바닥판의 수치해석적 평가방법으로 범용유한요소 해석프로그램인 ABAQUS 6.5-1을 이용하여 고안된 강-콘크리트 합성 바닥판에 적합한 해석모델을 제안하고, 완전합성, 리벳의 파단 유무 등 다양한 조건이 고려된 거동을 예측하여 제시된다. 시험적 방법으로는 동일한 조건의 철근콘크리트 바닥판과 강-콘크리트 합성 바닥판을 제작하여 정적재하시험이 수행되어진다. 재하시험 후 수치해석과 비교를 통하여 성능을 예측해보고, 철근콘크리트 바닥판과 시험결과를 비교분석 하도록 한다. 발생된 문제점에 대해서는 분석 및 보완책이 제시된다. 단위모델 시험을 통하여 고안된 기계적 연결구조가 하중저항능력에 미치는 영향을 분석하며, 강판 처짐을 측정하여 고안된 부분에 대한 타당성 검증도 실시되어진다.; In this paper, the structural behavior for a reinforced concrete deck bonded with steel plate is examined. A new type of steel-concrete composite deck, which simplifies the process of metal forming and reduces a construction period, is proposed. The proposed steel-concrete composite deck has the grips connected with a longitudinal reinforcement. These grips are bonded with the steel plate by a rivet. In the study, in order to evaluate a performance of the proposed steel-concrete composite deck, firstly, the prediction of a performance of the steel-concrete composite deck is carried out by using a numerical analysis and then the verification through an experiment is accomplished. As a result of numerical analysis, the steel-concrete composite deck is superior to a reinforced concrete deck. But the result of an experiment shows that the capacity of the steel-concrete composite deck is similar to that a reinforced concrete deck. This paper establishes the cause of problems and proposes that make up for the problems in the steel-concrete composite deck.
