dc.description.abstract | Heavy material handling work is consumed a lot of man power as well as is included dangerous work because operator is exposed accident easily. So outside the country using automation device such as IAD(Intelligent Assist Device) is heightening efficiency of work handled heavy material. But IAD have defects when use it, operator feels incommodiousness and which is difficult to repair because it is foreign countries goods. So this study show development of IH(Intelligent Hoist) system of which target is commercial business and improvement of IAD’s defects. First investigate operator’s needs who use IAD directly, second analyze IAD’s mechanism, maneuvering method, signal flow, third divide by development part and improvement part. Forth doing benchmark advantage and improvement of defects, improve performance of IH system. Lastly doing concept design of IH system, design and develop the system. Early development step, to improve troublesome operation method IH proposes controller which is gravity calibration and realize by MATLAB. And verify IH’s performance achieving scenario similar to existent work method. | - |
