공간의 전이를 통한 커뮤니티 공간 구축에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 현대 도시 공간의 공공영역과 사적영역의 연계 및 활용 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 또한 사적영역으로서의 건축과 공공영역으로서의 공원이 하나의 블록에 조합시키고 전이 공간으로 상호공간을 보완 시키면서 커뮤니티 공간을 구성한다. 이러한 방법으로 도시 공원 개념을 재정의 하는 하나의 대안이 될 것이다. 현대 도시에서 열악하고 노후한 도시환경의 개선을 위하여 지금까지 시행되어 온 재개발·재건축 사업은 물리적환경은 향상시켰으나, 지역의 특성을 고려하여 계획적으로 추진되지 못하여 고밀개발에 따른 도시경관의 훼손 및 기존 커뮤니티의 붕괴, 주변 블록과의 단절 등 주민들의 생활환경 측면에서 많은 문제를 초래했다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구에서는 도시의 공공 공원과 건축적 프로그램 공간이 전이 공간을 통해 연계 및 활용방안을 모색하는 것으로 연구 계획을 시작하였다. 계획대지는 충남 천안시 도심의 구시청사 블록이다. 이 블록을 도시의 주인인 대중으로부터 외면 받는 장소가 아닌 다양한 활동이 이루어지고 다양한 경험을 체험하는 소통의 장소를 만드는 시도이다.; The aim of this study is to grope for connection and utilization of public and private space in modern city. also I compose community space organizing architecture(private boundary) and park(public boundary) into one block, complementing mutual space with transition space. These methods will be alternative plans re-defining concept of city park. Until now, Performing urban redevelopment that improve old urban circumstance have made improvement of physical environment. but because of no promotion purpose for local character have generated many problems like damage of city scenery by overcrowding development, deconstruction of community and severance with near blocks. This study from this point of view start with groping of connection and utilization through transition space of public park and architectural program in urban. The site located in Cheon-an is old city hall block. This study is to make this site not disregarded place from people but mutual understanding place that do variety activation and experience.
