직장-가정 양립과 심혈관계 건강의 관련성

Abstract

연구 목적 : 가사부담 및 직장-가정 양립과 심혈관 위험인자간의 관련성을 확인한다. 연구 방법 : 근로자 정기 검진을 통해 확보된 930명을 조사 대상자로 하였다. 이들을 대상으로 인구학적 자료, 직장 및 가정 관련 특성, 직장-가정 양립에 대하여 설문조사하였다. 직장-가정 양립과 심혈관 건강 지표들간의 관련성을 보기 위하여 다중선형회귀분석 및 다중로지스틱회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구 결과 : 여성에서 가사 부담, 직장-가정 양립 점수가 남성에 비해 높았으며, 특히 저학력군에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한, 중성지방과 피브리노겐은 저학력 여성의 가사부담에서 유의하게 양의 상관성을 보였다(β=0.259; 0.191). 결론 : 저학력 여성의 일부 심혈관 위험 인자에서의 위험도는 남성에 비해 높았으며, 이는 직장 여성의 사회적 상태를 지지할 수 있는 사회와 직장의 역할이 중요함을 의미한다. 남성의 직장-가정 양립과 불건강 행태는 피브리노겐을 증가시킬 수 있으므로, 이에 대한 개인적, 사회적 개선 노력이 필요하다.; Objectives: This study aimed to examine the relationship between Family Responsibility, Work-Family Interference and cardiovascular risk factors. Methods: A total of 930 study subjects (or employees) were recruited from the periodic employee's health examination. A questionnaire was used to assess demographic characteristics, work- & family-relate characteristics, Work-Family Interference(WFC and FWC). Statistical analyses were conducted to assess the association between Work-Family Interference and cardiovascular health outcomes with multiple regression and logistic regression analysis. Results: The Scores of Family Responsibility, Work-Family Interference of women were higher than men, especially in lower-grade education. In women, TG and Fibrinogen were positively related with Family Responsibility in lower-grade education(β=0.295; 0.194). Conclusion: The risk of women with lower-grade education was higher than men in some cardiovascular risk factors, and this means that role of a society and company is important in supporting the social status of working women.
