Abstract

현대 건축에서 ‘랜드스케이프‘라는 개념 아래 많은 건축 행위들이 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 과거에는 ’랜드스케이프’라는 단어가 의미하는 바가 단순히 조경의 영역에서만 사용되어져 왔으나 현대 건축에서는 사물이 주변 맥락과 관계를 맺음으로서 건물이 주변 맥락에 자연스럽게 하나로 융화되면서 개념이 건축으로 현실화되어 나타내어지고 있다. 과거에는 ‘랜드스케이프‘ 개념이 회화의 한 장르로서 단순히 주변의 풍경이나 경관을 표현하는 픽쳐레스크(picturesque)적인 개념으로 사용되어 개체가 되는 오브젝트와 자연을 분리하여 생각하는 이분법적인 사고방식으로 사용되어져 왔었다. 과거에 ’랜드스케이프’라는 개념이 건축물을 하나의 오브제로 간주하고 주변 경관을 단순히 배경으로 사용하는 것이었다면 현대 건축에서는 건축물이 주변 환경에 융화되면서 자연스럽게 경계를 허물면서 도시와 주변 자연 환경과의 경계를 모호하게 만드는 개념으로 이해되어지고 있다. 오늘날 대다수의 현대 건축에서 이루어지는 건축 작업에서는 ‘랜드스케이프’라는 건축 개념을 이용하여 도시와 자연의 경계를 허물거나 모호하게 흐리는 방식으로 도시와 자연을 분리시키지 않고 하나의 관계로서 이해하려는 시도가 빈번하게 시도되어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 현대 건축에서 나타나고 있는 ‘랜드스케이프’ 건축의 특징을 공간, 형태, 프로그램의 측면에서 분석한 후 이러한 특성을 이용하여 대지에 적용하여 건축적 공간으로 적용하여 실현하는데 그 의의가 있다.; There are often being built lots of architectural buildings based on Landscape Architecture theory in modern times. A meaning of 'Landscape' has only been used a word which was described as a garden in the past. However, the object of modern architecture has began to connect and communicate with its surroundings and the idea of landscape architecture becomes to be realized. A concept of Landscape which was a part of paintings and was only a method of describing a scenery and surroundings as a Picturesque. It was used a dichotomy theory which divided the object and the environment. The idea of Landscape architecture in the past was regarded as a building being an object and the surroundings being a background. The building in modern architecture is harmonized with the environment and the edge of the city between building and surroundings become disappeared and blurred now. Most of modern architectural filed, there are happened to understand of dimming out and blurring the edge between the city and nature using the idea of Landscape architecture as a relationship not to devide. A study on this research, there is a meaning of suggestion for new architectural space which are applied a character of the Landscape Architecture to the site after analyzing a space, form and program.
