수Ⅰ통계에 대한 학생들의 오류 및 오개념 분석

Abstract

이 논문에서는 수Ⅰ의 통계단원 특히 표본분포에서 있을 수 있는 학생들의 오류를 설문조사하여 분석하고 교과서 분석을 통하여, 교과서의 구성이 학생들의 오류에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 한다. 또한 발견된 오류를 완화할 수 있는 수업활동을 제안하고자 한다. 여기서 수업활동은 교과서에 표기된 공식을 외워서 문제에 적용하는 것을 지양하고, 학생들이 직접 조작하고 구성하는 경험과 그 경험에 대한 반성을 통하여 그 의미를 스스로 발견할 수 있도록 하는데 주안점을 두었다. 이러한 활동을 통해 학생들은 발견된 기존의 오류를 피할 수 있으며, 학생들의 올바른 개념의 형성은 그들의 통계적 사고를 확장 시키는데 긍정적인 역할을 할 것이다. 이와 더불어 통계교육의 발전을 위해서는 학생들의 오류를 적극적으로 발견하고 분석하는 것 외에도 통계수업에서 활용할 수 있는 풍부한 소재와 교재연구가 계속적으로 필요하다.; This thesis explores the way the contents of textbooks influence a common misconception students make. In order to do so, it does a survey and analyzes misconception in chapter of the statistics, especially in Sample Distribution. Also, this paper suggests a few class activities through which the students can correct the flaws. The class activities this paper proposes keep the students from memorizing formulae and applying them to the given questions. Instead, it focuses on students' being able to take part in the activities, to explore their misconception and to be on the right track in the end by themselves. Also, the activities intend to avoid the common misconception so that students are able to enhance the logical thinking involved in Statistics. In addition, this paper suggests it is essential to make creative studying materials and make more profound research into textbooks as well as to affirmatively find the fallacies and analyze them.
