크린룸 기본계획시 수계산 방법에 따른 압력손실 계산의 정확도에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 계획단계에서 적정한 규모의 클린룸 계획을 위해 건설현장에서 이루어 지고 있는 기본계획 단계에서의 순환계통의 압력손실을 설계자의 경험에 의한 판단 및 수계산 방법을 부위별로 정리하고, 기류해석과 비교하여 기존 수 계산 방법의 정확도를 알아보기 위해 현장에서 이루어지고 있는 클린룸 공기 순환계통의 압력손실에 대한 수계산 방법을 정리하여 제시하고, 이를 CFD해석과 비교하여 수계산의 정확도에 대하여 고찰하였다. 부위별로 약간의 차이가 발생하나 전체 압력손실에서는 큰 차이가 없는 것을 확인하였다.; A clean room of a proper scale needs to be designed at the initial planning stage. To this end, the researcher reinterpreted the pressure loss of the circulation system by part based on designers' experiences and numeric calculation practices and thereby, compared the results with interpretation of the air flow. On the other hand, in order to confirm precision of the conventional numeric calculation, the researcher interpreted the on-spot methods of numeric calculation about pressure loss of air circulation system for the clean room and compared the results with the CFD interpretations to check whether the numeric calculations were precise. Although there were found slight differences between parts, it was confirmed that there was no significant difference in terms of the entire pressure loss.
