엠보탄 주차장 바닥방수재의 성능시험 및 VE분석

Abstract

오늘날 건축물의 복잡 다양화 및 대규모화와 함께 방수공법 또한 구조물의 다양화 및 적용 환경의 급속한 변화에 따라 다양한 요구사항을 충족시킬 수 있는 고기능화 공법의 개발이 절실하다. 특히, 지하 주차장의 경우 공간의 활용성을 향상시키기 위한 방법으로 설계가 늘어나고 있지만 반복적인 진동 및 다양한 형태의 외력의 작용 등 가장 열악한 환경 조건을 가지고 있고 논슬립(Non-Slip), 우수한 탄성감각 및 심미성 등 다양한 기능의 요구로 실제 적용되는 바닥방수재는 일부 공법에 국한되어있으며 성능 또한 신뢰성이 떨어져 새로운 주차장 바닥 마감공법의 개발의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 요구와 더불어 엠보탄(엠보스프레이 코팅 시스템 우레탄 도막형 방수공법) 주차장 바닥 방수 공법이 2007년 동화기영(주)에 의해서 개발되었다. 엠보탄 주차장 바닥 방수재는 기존의 공법의 적용 한계를 해결하기 위해 고내구성뿐아니라 뛰어난 탄성감각, 논슬립, 심미성 및 유지관리용이성 등의 기능을 갖춘 공법으로 뛰어난 성능을 인정받아 특허 제 10-0734176호로 등록되었다. 본 논문은 엠보탄 주차장 바닥방수재에 대하여 이해하고 기존의 주차장바닥재와의 성능 시험을 통하여 엠보탄 바닥재의 성능을 검증하고 실제 수요자의 요구를 바탕으로 한 다양한 기능 및 성능, 경제성 등을 고려한 VE분석(Value Engineering Analysis)을 통하여 성능평가를 실시하고자 한다.; These days, we are in need of developing high-performance method to fulfill various demands from diversified stuructures and applied environment's rapid change along with waterproof method of multi-complexed and massive buildings. Specially, for the underground parking lot new layout designs are increasing to improve space efficiency but have the most poor environment conditions such as repeated vibration and different kinds of external forces so, non-slip, outstanding elasticity and aesthetic view are demanded. However, the actual applied waterproofing floor material method is limited to partial method and its low credibility have made the development of new floor-finishing method is in demand. Satisfying these demands, Embo-thane (Embo-spray coating system urethane membrane waterproofing method) Parking Lot Waterproof Method was developed by Dong Hwa Engineering in 2007. Embo-thane parking lot's waterproof flooring is registered under the license number. durability with outstanding elasticity, non-slip, aesthetic view and easy-management. This research deal with the understanding of Embo-thane parking lot's water proof materials and verify Embo-thane flooring material's efficiency by performance experiment followed by VE analysis (Value Engineering Analysis) which is based on real user's demand of various function, capability and economic feasibility.
