중소기업의 주문생산 외주관리 개선방안 연구

Abstract

상품을 생산되고 개발하는 것과 상품을 구매하고 사용하는 것은 사람들 간 거래를 필요하게 만들었다. 최초 물물 교환을 시작으로 점차적으로 상인 혹은 사람들 간의 거래가 이루어지게 하였다. 한정된 자원의 분배로 시작된 거래는 공정성, 형평성을 강조하였지만 경제 발전과 지식정보화 사회로 전환되며 점차적으로 무한 경쟁과 효율성을 강조하게 되었다. 기업은 지속적 경쟁우위의 원천이 될 수 있는 핵심역량을 파악하여 그 기능에 집중하고, 이외의 부분은 외부의 전문업체에게 위탁하여 수행함으로써 투자 효율의 극대화를 도모할 수 있다. 따라서 중소기업은 작은 규모의 자금력을 바탕으로 효율적인 기업운영이 요구되며 이에 대다수의 중소기업들은 외주관리를 통해 불필요한 공장, 기계운영을 줄이고 외주기업으로부터 더욱 전문화된 기술과 상품을 얻는다. 절약된 비용과 역량은 운영상 부족한 업무에 주력할 수 있다. 외주비용이 전체 제조비에서 차지하는 비중은 더욱 높아져가고 있으며 특히 수 만개의 부품들이 조립되어 생산되는 제조업의 경우는 이러한 현상이 두드러진다. 이번 논문에서는 중소기업의 주문생산의 문제점을 분석하고 효율적 방안을 도출하여 사례기업으로 대기업과 하도급계약을 맺는 기계공업 분야의 중소기업이 비지속적 계약 하에 중소기업의 외주관리가 얼마나 효과적인지를 알아보려 하며, 기계공업 분야 중소기업이 효율적이고 안정적인 외주관리를 위한 방법을 모색하려고 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 발주기업과 수주기업의 협력적 관계의 현안문제점을 도출하여 중소 제조기업의 주문생산 외주관리 개선방안을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다.; At the first place, a trade began in the form of barter between individuals and the barter system has evolved into a trade between merchandisers or individuals utilizing currency. Before an information-oriented society, the justification and the equity in division of resources were most stressed. However, the transition into information-oriented society has emphasized more on competition and efficiency. The efficiency of a company could be achieved by focusing on its core competence while entrusting the rest parts to external professional business service. In this way, small and medium enterprises can minimize administrative costs and, at the same time, ensure a high quality of products sourced by professional business service. Therefore, outsourcing has been a great mean for small and medium enterprises to maximize their efficiency with a small capital. This has led to an increase in outsourcing spending out of total manufacturing cost and it is more prominent in the industrial manufacturing field which needs many parts to produce and to assemble together. This essay will discuss the efficiency of outsourcing management in small and medium industrial machine enterprises under the temporary subcontract with large enterprises by analyzing the bottlenecks of order production of small and medium enterprises and by deducing the efficient way. Moreover, the current essay aimed to suggest plans to improve the outsourcing management for small and medium industrial machine enterprises by deducing current issues addressed by cooperating companies.
