IT 프로젝트의 특성별 리스크 평가방안에 관한 연구

Abstract

최근 몇 년간 IT기술도입에 대한 공기업들의 노력이 계속 되어왔지만, IT 프로젝트 내에 존재하는 리스크 요인을 파악하고 대처하는 일은 쉽지만은 않은 일이다. 이전 연구들을 보면 다양한 리스크 요인과 프로젝트 형식과 프로젝트 사업자 성격 등의 여러 가지 시각을 가지고 이러한 이슈에 관해서 토의해 왔지만 IT 프로젝트의 기본적 특성별로 분류하고 리스크 요인들에 관해 평가한 연구는 드물었다.

본 논문에서는 공기업 IT 프로젝트의 핵심기술 보급정도 및 개발 방법론의 인식의 차이에 따른 프로젝트 리스크 요인들을 연구함으로써 기존 프로젝트 위험요인 관련 연구 또는 개발 방법론의 차이에 따른 연구들과 차별화된 연구 내용을 제시하였다. 또한 본 연구는 향후 공기업들이 IT프로젝트를 진행할 때 프로젝트 리스크 관리를 프로젝트 핵심기술의 도입정도와 개발 방법에 따라 프로젝트의 리스크를 줄이고 적합하게 관리하여 성공적인 프로젝트 수행을 할 수 있는 지침을 제시하였다.

이는 IT프로젝트 경험이 없거나 많지 않은 공기업의 경우, 이를 미리 예측하여 관리함으로써 익숙하지 않은 프로젝트 진행을 위한 중요한 정보로 사용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.; Lots of Public enterprises have tried to introduce IT(Information Technology) to theirselves recent years. But it isn't easy to manage risks to complete IT projects successfully. Identifying risk factors should be the first step for the project risk management on previous researches. This paper empirically explored how employers in Public enterprises perceive different risk factors by project development methodology and introduction of the core technology. And this is the difference among this paper and previous ones, because it was considered point of project risk management, introduction of the core technology and development methodology in IT project. This research results implied meaningful messages to Public enterprises to be planned IT projects and people who involved in IT projects. Especially, if they have no or a few experiences for installing Information technology, they can forecast the project risks and prepare them in advance.
